Nupoint default prompt

Is it possible to change the default prompt message in the system such as (you are going to transfer to>>>) with a new audio message

Yes in theory, you would have to go into the where these are stored. There is a file called something like prompttbl that lists the number and what is said. Make a backup of the old number and add your file with the same name
