Nupoint Caller ID on xferred calls 2

Im running an mxe on 4.1 with nupoint 12.0. Im having an issue with caller ID on the messages. When a user calls into the front desk DID and then that users xfers the call to another user the caller id shows up as the 4 digit extension of the person that orginally recieved the call. Is there a way to make it display the originating callers caller id?

Try setting the COS option Display Held Call ID on Transfer in the 3300

Not sure if this will need to be on the extensions COS or the Ports going to the Nupoint COS, but won;t take you long to test
