NuPoint Caller ID Filter - Call Director Call Flow

Guys,

Can we use numbers + wild cards in the Caller ID Filter List?

We are trying to direct all calls containing 954 area code to a specific destination and 305 to a different one.

All Caller IDs are 10 digit long so we are thinking something like 954*

Can we do that?

Afraid not. A * in the Caller-ID filter will actually look for a *.
To do what you are looking for you would probably need IVR Routing.
