Hi I'm setting up a DID number to route to an internal extension on our Mitel SX2000 - that was fairly easy to do. I am having problems with Nupoint voicemail picking up the unanswered calls. I've setup the voicemail box for the number of the DID and a callbox through the Nupoint Agent Callbox configuration. The problem is when I try to access the callbox to setup menu features it asks for a password. During the callbox setup there was no place in programming to input a password so I have no password that I know of to enter. Where am I going wrong here? Thanks for any advice
