Hello Everyone,
Another quick question; hopefully someone has solved this before here. We have several call flows setup within the NuPoint message system that go to a menu. In these menus, we've specified blind transfer for "Multi-key" option. This used to seem to work, in that when someone typed in a full extension with any degree of speed it would forward to that extension. Recently, and for reasons unknown, this has stopped working. Now, whenever you start typing an extension, it ignores the fact you are entering multiple digits and just takes whatever the first digit was and tries it (even if it results in an error, e.g. not defined in the menu). I suspect I'm looking for some type of timer somewhere, to tell the system to wait for further digits, I but can't seem to locate it myself.
Suggestions?
All the best!
