Hey, so I have DID when you call it the auto attendant answers 7893 the zero option works and rings main office hunt group 6200 and members. After about 5 rings a random mailbox on the system answers and I can't track it down

It only happens when you call the DID not when you call hunt group station to station.

I cannot track down where this is happening checked call rerouting for 6200 and 7893. I checked alternate extension for 7893. Something with the trunk or a timer ? Please help

Are you sure this is random? Or does it say the same thing every time? Might be a recall to the vm line group

In the MiVB, you may want to use maintenance command "locate feature extension XXXX" (without quote marks) for each extension in the hunt group and look for "call forward no answer external" as a feature on one of the extensions.

6200 is probably an associated extension for another mailbox, or NP is otherwise programmed to send calls to 6200 to that mailbox. Best way to find the reference would be to SSH in to the NuPoint/MiCollab server and launch a text console session ("console" from the MSL SSH prompt), then run and capture a mailbox dump report and search for 6200 in the resulting text and see what hits on that string.
