NuPoint Call Flow - dial out

Greetings all,

This might be an easy one - It's been a long-long time since I worked with a Mitel 3300 MXe (8.0 SP2) and NuPoint system (Rel 6 SP1)

** Customer wants to have caller dial in on existing DID, missed call goes to VM (5730), caller listens to VM greeting and choose to press 1 to dial out to a programmed cell phone -or- press 0 / wait on the line for the mailbox 5730.
When I call in after programming NuPoint Call Flow on mailbox - I get to the 5730 voicemail box greeting, but when I press 1 to be transferred to blind transfer (even tried , NuPoint VM beeps to leave a message in mailbox 5730, it doesn't blind transfer to designated extension.

I have an existing mailbox 5730, changed to FCOS 11 (with 292 Enable Call Director)
Under Call Director I created a Call Flow with menu:
Using single digit
1 - Blind Transfer (9988) local 5312 phone that is call forwarded
0 - voicemail for extn 5730
Time out - voicemail 5730
Multikey - voicemail 5730

Try call flow first is checked (tried with checked and unchecked)


I created a phone with the same COS and COR as the NuPoint ports to make sure outbound calls are allowed - there are no restrictions and calls can call out.

oh to add

I also used the dial 0 to attendant and put in a Speed Dial number (9998 - outbound call)
- when calling into the voicemail - listen to message - pressing 0 will call forward and will receive 1 partial ring before getting dead air on the caller side and no more ringing

Tried putting in dial 0 from voicemail to internal extension 9988 which does ring on the phone, then enabled call forward from 9988 extension to speed dial 9998, same as above - 1 partial ring then dead air on caller side.
