I am installing my first 3300 and we are putting in a MAS with Nupoint for VM. The issue I am having is with a line group call flow. I set up a call flow to run through a menu. 2 of the options will transfer the call to an outside dealer, but they do not work. For testing purposes I had the option transfer to my cell phone and when the option is chosen it rings my cell for just a split second then returns the caller to the main menu. I am trying to find a timer to adjust but am lost, any help would be great. I have tried supervised, blind, and alternate transfers, setting up a system speed call to the numbers we need dialed. The system has 3 digit ext., dial-by-name works fine and the user can enter a 3 digit ext, which works fine.
