NuPoint Call Director Menu Reports

Our HR department wants a voice menu report showing press choice counts weekly.
Aside from running it for them and resetting Call Flow Report weekly, I don't see a way to automate or hand this off to them.

I've messed around with spreadsheets to import the numbers, do some math, etc., but everything points to more work by me.

Any way to get them these numbers with little intervention or manipulation?

I found this in an old post, how do I access this file?
/usr/vm/val5/CallFlows/xxxx_yyyy_stats.xml
where:
xxxx = lineGroup or mbox
yyyy = the number of linegroup or mailbox

accessing the file - use winscp to connect to the controller

as for the reporting - thats what happens when they use a voicemail system for routing

we had a similar issue and convinced them to get a MICC/IVR for the routing
easier to setup IVR Workflow branch reporting on a schedule - reports are typically MICC poor looking but at least they are automated

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
