Our HR department wants a voice menu report showing press choice counts weekly.
Aside from running it for them and resetting Call Flow Report weekly, I don't see a way to automate or hand this off to them.
I've messed around with spreadsheets to import the numbers, do some math, etc., but everything points to more work by me.
Any way to get them these numbers with little intervention or manipulation?
I found this in an old post, how do I access this file?
/usr/vm/val5/CallFlows/xxxx_yyyy_stats.xml
where:
xxxx = lineGroup or mbox
yyyy = the number of linegroup or mailbox
