Nupoint by mitel

I am working on a nupoint ver 11.0 but the message delivery is two or three hour behind message. IE. leave vm at 9:30am and system does not turn on mwi till 12:30. and if u call vms at 10:00am it say u have no messages. any thoughts

Hard drive issues...
Reboot it and/or try an on-line or off-line verify.
