Has anyone set-up Nupoint Auto Attendant before.
If so is it best to use call director and assign a line group or NP Receptionist.
Also was wondering if you could use personal call director with a call flow.
This is basically to front end calls for the caller to dial the extension number if known or hold for an operator.
