Nupoint and MWI

I am having a wierd problem with Nupoint. We have a Nupoint 11 box connected to a PIMG through SIP. From the PIMG it connects to a mitel 200ICP by digital trunks. From the Nupoint I can turn on the MWI but not turn it off. From the PIMG, it can both turn on and off the PIMG.

Any ideas what I should look for?

Well took a call to Mitel but we have it working.

Took a upgrade to Nupoint, Mas 6000 and the Intel PIMG to make it work, plus a SIP patch on the Nupoint.

Why don't they list this kind of information on the knowledge base on Mitels website?

I feel your pain.

Mitel not only keeps this stuff quiet, but invariably requires technicians to independantly "Prove" the problem.

I can't tell you how many times I've called Mitel to be rebuffed by TAC and then after several weeks of troubleshooting (and I assume several other dealers calling to complain) they finally get off their collective butts and do something about it.

I understand Mitel is better than most though. Hard to imagine and quite scary when you think about it.
