Nupoint & MWI Turning Off

I have an issue with Nupoint message waiting lights turning off after a set period of time. We are using mostly Mitai for message waiting. I have looked and I don't see and COS/LCOS setting that should effect this. Any ideas?

There is a system option that turns off callback messages at 24 hrs

This needs to be set to 0 if you use Mitai MWI

It's the SUPERSET Callback Message Cancel Timer and you blank it out. The options are 1-255 hours or Blank.

Yes you are correct. One element was changed and several were at default. Thanks for the quick answer.
