Nupoint & FAX integration issue

Hi I'm trying to setup a nupoint with fax integration.

Voicemail, VM2email and "internal" fax 2 email (send with the fax-plugin or pwg-webview towards an internal extension) works fine.

But external faxes don't work. I created a linegroup with application "outbound (pager)Dialer" and a FAXGROUP connection (1 channel).
When i want to send an external fax it says queueing but nothing happens. Am i missing something here?
Another thing i've noticed is that the "call me" function in the webview also isn't working (if you hit the "call me" button, normally the Nupoint should call the phone).
Could this be related?

We had an issue with the call me option in UC Advanced - turned out that we didnt have a outbound pager line group in Nupoint with a pager set to 0.

Interested in how you go with the faxing we are setting ours up next week

You need to have mailbox associated with the fax number.
If it is a DDI number make sure it matches the mailbox number you may have to create a dummy extn which is call re-routed always to voicemail as by default the incoming call will just get the open trees greeting.

As for the callback
You do indeed need a callback line group adding (Pager) and you also need a 54001624 Nupoint Messenger: Voicemail Networking licence for this to work.

Hi,
i have the NPUM Voicemail Networking on my system.

Just to confirm, for OUTGOING faxes, an outbound pager group is needed? And this one can be the same as the "call me" pager, right? So if the "call me" pager isn't working, outbound faxes cannot work?

So the call me isn't working for the moment.

Is there any way to trace this to see if something is sent out to the controller?

So i've set the Pager port 5005 as an 5240IP.

In the Nupoint i created a Line Group 2, application "Outbound (Pager) Dialer, User interface "tried all 3: what should it be for a pager?"

I've noticed in the Dialing plan; all digits a reset to "3" when activating. I guess that could have something to do with it?
In "Dialers(pager)" i linked to a Dialer (Pager) 0, with no acces code.

In "Fax Group" i connected to 1 Fax Channel (5:0) (this is simply a virtual channel??Nothing else to configure here?), and connection to the Line group 2.

Neither the "call me" functionality, neither outbound fax is working.

Any ideas?

Hi all,
I managed to get the "call me" pager working, so outdialing on the nupoint is working fine now.

But when i want to send an outgoing fax through the "faxprinterplugin", i see that the fax is entering on the external faxmachine but i don't receive any fax.
The same for incoming fax, i try to send a fax to my phone which is forwarded always to my nupoint mailbox for the moment and i get a voicemailmessage in my mailbox, but just with dialtone from the fax in it.

Anyone had the same issue before?
