I have a new Nupoint (on a MAS) latest software for all. all is good execpt when I log into the administrator mailbox 998 it tells me the password has expired and forces me to change it. I change it and I am in the mailbox and can do what I need to do. If I hang up and try and log in again after entering the password the system pauses a couple of seconds and then responds with (cant recall the exact verbage) but something like my password was not accepted. Try a couple of time and the mailbox is locked out. If I unlock and reset the password I can get in the first time after going through the password has expired and changing it but then I am unable to log in again. only happens on the mailbox flaged as the administrator. I changed the administrator to a working mailbox and the issue follows to the new mailbox?
