Nupoint 5.0 on 3300 can't program line group ports

I've added the network element via the users and services tab but it is not showing up when I try to program the ports

I've also tried programming via the NPM Console with no luck

I've rebooted/restarted several times

Suggestions?

What digit length are you using?
There is a bug where the system lets you program them up but after activating they disappear
The max digit length is 5 digits

Only 4 digits

I've made some progress by deleting everything and starting over

Now I can add the ports in the nupoint but they fail to register

I'm getting a sw log on the 3300 saying trusted device issues. I am finding conflicting info on what needs to be set up on the 3300. Can you steer me the right direction here

The ports need to be 5020ip
There is no special cos required to register
Make sure you have the correct set registration code set on both the nupoint and the 3300
If any of the phones have registered then clear the mac addresses and reset the nupoint

When you create the 5020 now you can define the service level as trusted

This makes it so that the Nupoint ports do not consume licenses
