Nupoint 3.0

Calls from 3300 ACD paths don’t seem to take any integration to Nupoint whereas embedded voicemail does!

I can workaround this with nametag hunt groups but was hoping there was an easier way. Surely the Nupoint can see the path DN?

Has anyone else discovered this?

 
What the 3300 software load are you running, as I know I had this problem in 8 UR5

Had this on two different sites running release 8 and 9
 
Bearvalley, I have not seen this but my company hasn't been selling too many Nupoints so my experience of late is limited.

I'm curious on your method of getting to the VM. Does integration fail is each of the following? Your answers will help all of us and possibly locate a method that works for you.

- Path interflow timer expires and interflow point is VM

- No agents logged in and Path unavailable routing to VM

- Path in DND and Path Unavailable routing to VM

- System in Night service and Path routing to VM

- Dial out of queue from RAD active and routing to VM.

- Other method not mentioned?

Occam's Razor - All things being equal, the simplest solution is the right one.
 
I dont have access to the system at present but interflow and unavailable both integrate with the line group greeting and NOT the path DN.
 
Come on guys.... i can't be the only one to have come across this problem.
