Nupoint 3.0 HCI Reroute question

I have my nupoint server connected to my 3300 running 10.0. I just setup nupoint last week and its working pretty well. I noticed though that when users have an mwi, when pressed the mwi calls back the hci reroute group which just rings and rings and rings.

My Nupoint pilot extension is 5240
the hci reroute is 5239 is there a way to just forward those calls to 5240?

You are suppossed to setup the HCI reroute to Always reroute to the VM pilot using the rerouting form.
