We have upgraded from Nupoint 7 to 11 with new IBM servers.
We are having problems with recorded messages having very low volume and some callers are cut off. Only one of the Nupoints is having a problem and they are both configured the same. Both systems are IP integration to a 3300icp ver 7 and both have PRI trunks from bell.
Is anyone else having these problems? The VAR and Mitel are unable to fix this.
