Nupoint 11 help

We have upgraded from Nupoint 7 to 11 with new IBM servers.
We are having problems with recorded messages having very low volume and some callers are cut off. Only one of the Nupoints is having a problem and they are both configured the same. Both systems are IP integration to a 3300icp ver 7 and both have PRI trunks from bell.

Is anyone else having these problems? The VAR and Mitel are unable to fix this.
 
We are in northern California S.F. bay area
 
No, it is random both inside calls and outside calls, IP to IP, DNIC to DNIC. The announced name recorded in the mailbox is fine; however, the recorded message is so low you need to increase the volume to max. I have several saved in my mailbox from other users.
