NUPGRADE WOES

I am struggling now, I am new to Lotus Notes and I have a client who needs to upgrade from outlook to Notes.

After a lot of searching around i found that you use the nupgrade utility to achieve this. Only problem is when i install the r5 client I have no option to install the migration tools as suggested. even when i do customize install somebody please help.

Is it possible somebody can send me the files i need for version 5
