I'm using asp.net 2.0, so don't have the AJAX asp extension. I work at a govt facility that doesn't allow us to install anything unless it is approved first. Getting things approved can take awhile. I was wondering if anyone has implented their own NumberUpDownExtender-like control without using AJAX and if the code might be available. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Jan

the ajax library is still available to 2.0. it's an add-on instead of integrated into the System.Web assembly. But with your gov't approval process it still might not be possible.

jQuery is a js library which greatly simplifies js programming. The source is readily available and open for modification along with the plugins. maybe this is an option.

As for rolling your own... it might take less time to get the approval.
