Numbers rollover from Verizon?

Hi Tek Tippers!

Quick question about the multiple numbers from Verizon.
If I have multiple POT lines to IP 500v2 and would like to have a primary number rollover to another number when the primary number is busy, is this something I have to call Verizon for?

Currently when a first caller is on the primary number, an second caller would get a busy signal although the secondary line is free.

yes it's called hunting and is set up by your line provider
