Numbers on t7316e display

MICS 6.1 MR with 6 port combo, PRI and CP-100
Interesting complaint that several ext. have the number 1 or 11 poping up on their displays.
Tried to reset system and did not help.
Is this possibly a bug or related to static time display function?

I had it happen myself on one install- replaced the phones.
