Big Lucy has a customer that would like the rings from 3 to 6 when the A/A transfers to to "o" is this in the consoles COS?
Thanks BL

the transfer I am assuming if the caller dials nothing is the default destination in the hunt group and I believe that time is cast in stone, however going to a phantom device that is call forwarded to the true destination is a easy work aground.
If not please elaborate.

Way to little info. A console LDN or a Primeline or Multiline, or HuntGroup Keyline, Or ...

Also 3 to 6 rings before what? Attendant busy Rad, recall, forward to new destination, voicemail, or ...

A/A answers and caller press' "0" for operator, there are 3 rings before going to VM they would like more time than 3 rings to answer before going to VM perferabllly 6 rings

If the A/A is the VM and not the A/A in the switch I would change the call forward no answer for the vm from 3 to 6 in the cos, option 253. 3 rings is default.

you still have not answered what type of device is ringing when the caller dials zero. It does matter.

Console LDN?
Prime Line?
Multiline?
Key Line?
Other?

if the "sub front desk set" is the set that needs the call forward no answer changed from 3 rings to 6 rings before it goes to vmail then go into its cos and change option 253 from 3 to 6.

That was the first thing I did before I submited this post it didn't work and I tought I was missing something. Also I've created a MLAA tree now they want a RAD to play a msg looks like that should be easy enough I'll be using Express Manager

am I right in assuming that the call has gone thru the A/A and has started to ring the "sub front desk set" and it is that set that you want to ring 6 times before going to vmail?

Ok, Now I am assuming that we are ringing an LDN on the Sub- Attendant. If this is the case, you must have COS option 107 enabled in the COS of the Sub and COS 118 controls the timing. ignore option 253, it has no impact on LDN Keys.

we should not assume ANYTHING, please elaborate on what is ringing and we will go from there.

Increasing the timer on 118 did the trick thanks
