Numbers disappear in print job

Hi all,

One of our colleagues recently upgraded from Access 97 version to Access 2000 version.

The numbers in queries and reports in the database disappear when we are in print preview, and is also gone when queries are actually printed out. The numbers are present when we run the queries.

Could it be that some features was not set during set up? Or are we able to set that in Access environment?
