I've created a booklet and fixed up the Numbering and Section Options so the Auto Numbering begins after the first two pages (by creating a Section) which will be the un-numbered front Cover and Index. The problem is when I open Inbooklet, these un-numbered pages are imposed with blank pages. So the front cover gets imposed with a blank page while the rear cover gets imposed with page 1.

Sorry if its been asked before... I searched but could not find an answer.

Make the covers a separate file. Since they is often printed on a different weight of paper, this will probably be necessary anyway.
