Got a IPO 403 with 2 PRI/DID T's. Right now the number were sending to outside parties is the 4 digit extension number. Can I send the whole 10 digit number unique to each DID without screwing up my internal dialplan. The Magix/Legend would call it "Number to send". Thanks in advance for any help.

Set it in the short codes

code ?
telephone .SDDInumber
Feature dial

You can set a global number in the system shortcode and if you want to display indivuals ddis set the same in the users short code.

Since you're in North America I'll translate from the british for you TSI:

SC: [9]N;
TN: Ns416555E
LG: <whatever your PRI line group is>
F: Dial

If all extensions have a DID number where the last 4 digits of the number exactly match the extension, you can simply use the above example (do the same for the other [9] shortcodes) in your system shortcodes list - if you have a handfull of phone that don't have DID's override the above with the same shortcode in their user shortcodes except giving the main number instead of 416555E after the s. Obviously you would change 416555 to your own NPA and NNX.

FYI DDI is the british term for DID, in case you weren't aware.

If you are in the US, you might also have to put an i in the number field

sc - 9xxxxxxxxxx
tn - Nsi6105551212

It sends the "national code" that large providers will ask for like Verizon and MCI in certain areas.

Interesting - that's a new one by me, thanks for posting kflounders I'll watch out for that one.

One trick that I haven't seen written down, If you put all the digits of the number in the incoming call route, the system will look there for a match to the extn number and pass this back to the telco. This is independent of the number of digits received as it does a number check from the least significant digit for a match on incoming calls. This saves having to use the S shortcode.
