First you have to leave the number 3333 free
Find what the number is being used with
resource_status --extensions 3333
This command will tell you if the number 3333 is an IP extension, digital or analogue
Then use the appropriate command to erase it
After that use the comand
number_end -number-type ex -number 3333
and than
number_initiate -numbertype AC -number 3333
