On the Nortel 11C I work on, we switched from analog trunks for the companie's telephone number(s) to a PRI. 911 functionality was fine until we switched to the PRI. Now when 911 is dialed from any set on the switch, the 911 operator can only see the 4 digit extension the call is being dialed from. Under LD 24 I entered the main company phone number for the DFCL while programming Emergency Services Access Data. The 911 operator can't even see a CLID, just the extension number. Is there more that I can do to remedy this or would it be something the TELCO could fix by updating the ANI. Any ideas are welcomed and let me know if I can explain further. Thanks!
