Number of Week Days only in Date Range function?

Hi,
I'm new to this forum and to SharePoint 2007.

Is there a formula or function that will count the number of "Week Days" only in a date range? That is: only count the number of Mondays through Fridays, and minus out all Saturdays and Sundays.

BEGIN EXAMPLE: if I have a date range that is seven full weeks, we would need a formula that would return 35 as the number of days in that date range. END EXAMPLE
