i want to change the no. of rings for calls to extensions before forwarding to the vm pro. i just could not find the way how to do it...anybody? right now it is 4 rings..

changing the No Answer time, either for the system or the individual user

Allow me to presumptious, but yes.

No Answer Time (UK English) = Allocated Answer Interval (US English).
