Number of Rings till GD Mailbox

A receptionist answers calls during the daytime hours. When she leaves she forwards (Feature 4) her phone to another extention(260). That extention is in a pickup group with all of the shop phones, hence when a call comes in it rings through the speakers and someone in the shop can pick up the call with a Feature 75. The problem is that it will only ring 3 times before it dumps to the General Delivery Mailbox. On set 260 I set Capabilities/SetAbilities/ForwardNo Answer/ForwardDelay to 10, but it dosent change it to 10 rings. Any ideas?
 
have had the same problem......the control for the general delivery mailbox w/ the auto attendant is controlled through the transfer ringback system setting under system programing> features. when the aa transfer the call and no one answers it goes back to the aa which puts it in the gdm. you can change the number of rings but remember this is a system wide setting. ie if you change the setting to 6 rings and the operator transfers a call and no one answers it; it will be 6 rings before it comes back to the operator. hope that helps
