A receptionist answers calls during the daytime hours. When she leaves she forwards (Feature 4) her phone to another extention(260). That extention is in a pickup group with all of the shop phones, hence when a call comes in it rings through the speakers and someone in the shop can pick up the call with a Feature 75. The problem is that it will only ring 3 times before it dumps to the General Delivery Mailbox. On set 260 I set Capabilities/SetAbilities/ForwardNo Answer/ForwardDelay to 10, but it dosent change it to 10 rings. Any ideas?
