number of rings before phone actually rings

I have an extension that doesn't start physically ringing at the station until after the caller hears 4 rings. This person has lost calls because the caller thinks they are not going to answer. All other extensions ring immediately.

You need to change the phone from "delay ring" to "immediate ring" through extension programming. If this is an MLX phone, press menu, programming, start, press any line button, press list, choose ringing options, press all lines, press immediate ring, then home to exit.
