number of rings at reception

I have a Norstar MICS 7.1 with CallPilot 150 mini. When people dial our main number, the call rings at reception. If the receptionist does not pick up, it rings about 7 times before the caller gets a voice menu. How can I change the number of rings they have to wait for?

Change the AA/Lines/Line #/Press middle soft key until you see Rings
If you have no idea what I am talking about or the passwords for Admin then you need to read the admin manual or get a 1 hour crash course from a tech onsite which is the best solution.

When I do that it says 2 rings. But callers have to listen to 7 rings before the AA kicks in. What are the other 5 rings coming from?

Also check the FNA ring setting of the recept. set.
