Number of Questions on Survey Limited

I need to create a survey to help us compare Learning Management Systems. I have a lot of yes/no questions to add, but after adding a few, I received the message that I couldn't add more of that type of question. Help! Was that an error, or, if not, what are the limitations of questions on a Sharepoint survey?

This site gives the limit number to types of questions you can ask in a survey.

seems you can have 16 yes/no questions

Well, I just discovered that a list has the same limitations. Anyone know any way around this issue?
