I have a Report that use the data in a Table.
Every record in this table has a field that specified the number of copies.

How i can print that number of copies, that is different every record?

Thanks and excuse for my englis

What is the maximum number of copies?

If it is relatively low, make as many detail
bands as that maximum number and suppress each based on the column value.

For example, the third detail band would be suppressed in
the value is less than 3.

There is an alternative if you are using a SQL database, and you can add a new (simple) table to your database.

Add a table to the database that has one numeric field and enter into this field the numbers from 1 to 100 (or as many as you need ).

Add the table to the report, link your QTY field to this new table using the join type "less than or equal to". Ken Hamady, On-site/Phone Crystal Reports Training/Consulting
