Number of concurrent users

I know there are a number of variables that factor into this, but I was woundering if anyone had any experience with the following environment?

ASP.NET 2.0, a good size data collection application, on a shared host: my question is do you think it could support 25 concurrent users?

the application could support 25 million users, if the application is structured correctly and has the hardware to support it.

Now, if you follow the MS methodologies and practices with drag/drop controls for all aspects of the application, then no, it will not preform that well with large amounts of data and/or large number of users.
