Number of Broadcast/Multicast Storm within subnet?

Hello evrybody,

I've one IP-subnet with an average of 3 seconds of Broadcast's/Multicast Storm within my IP-segment. The duration of such a storm is average 818ms...2,59s.

Could this be an possible reason for problems with my SQL-session's to the SQL server?

It is possible, but I would expect the broadcast storm to affect all types of connections, not simply SQL sessions. Unless that particular server is near to exhausting its resources and others are not.
