Our clients tell us that about 10% of the times they call us, they get the message 'this number is not in use'.

We already contacted our provider and they monitored our ISDN lines for a couple of weeks without finding any problems.

Could it be an problem with the TMU board? We once in a month receive an FAULTY TMU BOARD error.
We are using MD110 BC12SP3

problems like these are difficult to pinpoint.
what I do in this case:

make a rotating trace on SLP60:

STISR;
STUNI:UNIT=SLP60,MSKSIG=02&03&A1,STORE=YES,LIM=X; /* X = lim where PRA resides
STTSI:TRI=1,ROT=YES;

make an agreement with your customer to make him call you the moment he has the problem.
then stop the trace:
STTSE:TRI=1;
read it into a logfile:
STRAP:TRI=1;

decode it whith signal trace interpreter.
look for disconnect messages where the cause value is NOT 'normal clearing'...

on a side note : SP3 is really old, you should upgrade the system to SP11, maybe this could solve your problem...
