I'm trying to mask our support groups external phone number mask when dialing customers over the PSTN to reflect their 800 support number, but am running into issues where the number outpulsed is conflicting with our PS-ALI 911 service.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks

Create a separate RP for 911 and mask the CLID on the RP itself.
Or create a separate 911 route list and mask the caller ID on the route group you assign to that route list.
That way it will ignore the mask sent out by the phone.

Whykap,
Thanks for your input, but let me get a little clearer on this issue. We have a campus environment with 5 buildings, thus the reason we use PS-ALI. All users need to outpulse their phone number mask in case of an emergency since their DID reflects what building they are in, and this matches the PS-ALI database.

The whole campus uses the same PSTN trunks, so making changes on the 911 RP affecting the number mask will not work. I'm thinking that I will need to create completely different Partitions, CSS's, RP's just for the support group which will allow me to then mask their numbers, unless there is an easier way.
