Number identification from Directory not working

Hi,

We were using a SIP provider which sent the incoming numbers as 00337XXXXX...
And the numbers in the directory were entered as 00337XXXXX...

Our new SIP provider, sends the number as 07XXXXXX...

So I've updated the numbers in the directory from 00337XXXXX to 07XXXXXX.


However, it does not work with incoming calls.

What could this be?

Look how it shows on the phone and use that format AND the provider must not send contact name/number without a value, it inhibits the directory search.
