Hi,
Is there anything under number formats that will round up or down.
For example I'd like 0.55306 to be 0.55, and 0.55706 as 0.56

I'm trying to use this within a coloured variance scenaio, where 0.55 is the target and 0.55306 is the result.

Hi,

You can use a custom format like #.## but keep in mind that the underlying value does not change.

Thanks as ever Skip.
I've finally got the help working on my PC.
Can I use something like '=round(g16,2)' with a conditional format that is required to show the cell in green or red dependant on whether the result is better or worse than target.

Have at it.
