Number field with ALL as default value in parameter

Hi

I need to create one parameter on a cloumn which is having number datatype with ALL as default value.When i am trying to insert default value as ALL it is not taking.How to get this fuctionlity.

Add 0 as the default, and then show "All" as the corresponding description field.
