Long story short: We have a networked Access database that many users work from. When running reports against this database, a date range is entered and a Print Preview report is generated for the user prior to printing. On one user's computer, and only that computer, one of the fields shows as "###" instead of actual numbers. Now I know that this is an indication that the column width is too small to display the numbers, but this only happens on one individual's computer. Since this is an isolated incident, our DBA is unwilling to change the column width for that column. My question is what other factors may affect the Print Preview view on only one person's computer. Here are the things that I have already tried:
.) Changing any scale/zoom issues that may be causing the "###" to appear - no help
.) Changing theme/font displays to change font size so the "###" will show numbers instead - no help
.) Updating Office suits - no help
.) Making sure Windows updates are current - no help.
