MY
Hi Guys,

Currently my 1st TSW(6xxx series ext) is connected to a router(Netrix) using E&M(rou 77).
Then the 1st TSW is connected to my 2nd TSW(8xxx series ext) using a Q-sig(rou 67).

The idea is to make the 1st TSW as a transit whereby all incoming from Netrix that start wif 8xxx will be sent to the 2nd TSW via Q-sig.

My question is, how can i convert incoming call to the 1st TSW and then point it to the 2nd TSW whenever the received number start from 8xxx series number.

for example :
i used nutri like below but it wont work.

NUTRP:ENTRY=ALL;
NUMBER CONVERSION DATA

ENTRY CNVTYP NUMTYP ROU PRE TRC CONT BCAP HLC
8828 0 6 77 70068828 4

*7006 is a destination code to seize the Q-sig.
*8828 is basically a number that i receive from the E&M.

appreciate if someone can give a help. Thanks.

Hi' why not make a dest "8" from TSW1 to TSW2 and then use the recieved 8xxx to point out this dest ?
Normally you don't receive TON from a E&M connection, so here you must use the NUMTYP 5 ( Unknown ).

hi mundus!

i cannot use "8" for dest since it was a suffix digit for call pickup.

so, you mean i should do the programming as this? :

NUTRP:ENTRY=ALL;
NUMBER CONVERSION DATA

ENTRY CNVTYP NUMTYP ROU PRE TRC CONT BCAP HLC
8828 0 5 77 70068828 4

How about the CNVTYP? should i leave it as 0 which means as received B-number?

Yes, but keep it more simple:
ENTRY CNVTYP NUMTYP ROU PRE TRC CONT BCAP HLC
8828 0 5 77 7006

yet more simple is
[tt]
ENTRY CNVTYP NUMTYP ROU PRE TRC CONT BCAP HLC
8 0 5 77 7006
[/tt]
(do not forget to use monotags (tt) folks)

please show rocap, rodap and roddp:dest=7006
