A is telecom side
site B is transit exchange (MD110 BC9)
site C is the terminated exch. ( md110 BC10),used for Call center

When exchange A (customer)dials a number,it comes to Md110 B and it transits the call to MD110 C

Rou=1 EuroISDN
Rou=94 QSIG

Problem is, i want to add a prefixnumber to A-number, so that i can log it correctly in Md110 C and agent will see the correct number which has come from Telecom side A

This is the view, seen on site C

On Digital telephone set i can see the prefix number,there is no problem, so it's ok ,but on CIL data, it doesn't log this prefix number
As a summary, A-number conversion doesn't work properly on CIL data.
Note:On CTI logs of Genesys, i can see the converted number..But of course this is not e plenty data for us.
Can somebody have any idea why nutri doesn't effect CIL data?
