I need some guidance.

I have a 10 element cluster, managed by OPS manager.
I am running into number conflicts. I need to know if there's anyway to work around this. I'm NOT using PNI numbers. One cluster (PDG) only.

so I guess I should use PNI numbers - multiple clusters? If so is it possible to retro fit PNI numbers onto an existing cluster not using PNI numbers?

Any help is appreciated.

My recollection of OpsMan school (and most recently at Enterprise Mgr school) was that numbering conflicts within a cluster were a no-no.

Eliminating number conflicts is one of the mandatory prerequisites for installing OpsMan. Go to 5-digit numbering (universally throughout the cluster) or use node IDs or whatever is necessary to eliminate the conflict.
