We have a client with an IP Office 500 and a 23 channel PRI. They have recently moved to a new location and switched to a new provider at the same time. Since the move, two users have experienced very frequent denied calls with the "number busy" message on their display. While watching on the active call monitor, the calls never got outside the system.
Both users have DIDs and no other users have reported an issue. Suggestions?
