running Crystal 6.0 reports out of VB accessing a SQL 7.0 database with SQL stored procedures.

When I open the crystal report out of the directory instead of via the VB application I get the "Stored Procedures Input Parameters" window as I should - however the box for "this value is nullable" is checked. It has never been checked in the past and just started this week.

Why? Is it out of Crystal or SQL?

How can I stop this from be checked?

Thanks

I have never seen this.

I think this would come from SQL, but if it is related to a change in CR, it could be a change to the setting: "Convert Null to default"

This is located in either:
File - Options
or
File - Report Options

Ken,
I only get things that no one has seen before! At least that's what my co-workers say.

I'll try messing with that setting Monday when I get in.

Thanks,

Ken

Are you both crazy and nutcase?
Why two different handles? Ken Hamady

Because I am both crazy and a nutcase! Actully I set one up at home and forgot about it and then set one up at my current contract.

Not sure how to delete one.

crazy99/nutcase: This option is definitely from Crystal but regret have been unable to find a way to turn default to unchecked so I assume you will have to do this every time! David C. Monks
