I have a customer who is being pagued by on 0843 number ringing to various DDIs, is there a simplw way of routing these calls away to Nu or Busy without having to put an entry for each DDI number.

Just put a * in for the incoming number and enter the CLI in the CLI box, job done :)

Use * for Incoming Number.
Add 0843 number to CLI
Point to a shortcode that is set to barred.

I have a few customers and us also hassled by these, doing as above is the only real solution.

Also, you can lodge a complaint to ofcom as these numbers are owned by a telecoms company and being used in an unsolicited manor, which these days is now either illegal or very frowned up on.

From a bit of digging I found this:

Code:
RELAX TELECOM PLC

Company No: 06777698
Registered Office:
Incorporated: 21/12/2008
18 BUXTON ROAD
HAZEL GROVE
STOCKPORT
CHESHIRE

P.S - My "block" on these 0843 numbers doesnt give an engaged tone, it rings them back...... uses an ISDN channel and costs us a little, but they might get the message.
